THe Story
This is both a hybrid class & 12 week challenge. There are two types of training programs you can follow: the superheroes program or the supervillains program.
The superhero program focuses on uniformly improving all of your general physical attributes equally while the supervillain program puts a little more emphasis on absolute strength and power because sometimes you just want to be more of a brute and let all the rest burn.

The Training
Do you want to train as a superhero or a supervillain? Do you know what that means? Maybe it sounds silly to you.. Or not… But let’s be clear as to what this is.
Training like a superhero looks a lot like strength and conditioning training. The type of training a legitimate athlete would do for their sport.
But really it‘s more than that. It’s training to be ready – for almost everything . We can call it training to be hyper-ready.To be hyper-prepared you need to discern what is absolutely necessary to train and what is a trivial misuse of physical and mental resources. All the time you dedicate to training must be spent developing the base physical and psychophysical attributes that have sweeping benefits. It can’t be spent on singular qualities of fitness or performance.
So the ultimate aim is not only to be strong and fast but to instead develop each and every base physical attribute that enhances our ability to learn and improve in any complex skill and helps us withstand all types of physically demanding activities.
These base attributes are physical traits such max, relative, isometric and enduring strength. Long, moderate and short-intensive conditioning. Absolute power & speed and the capacity to repeat these high power outputs. Athletic coordination, balance and physical intelligence. Full body active & passive mobility, durability and stability. Once you develop these attributes, you have a foundation to build more physical traits and skills with less difficulty and time.
Superhero/supervillain training then should distinctly be focused on identifying the most important physical attributes which, once built, accelerate the rate at which you can pick up any new skill. And it would require those attributes to be trained simultaneously and in balance, which means you need a solid strategy.
What truly makes this training different from any old “functional“ cross training program is that it includes distinct training drills that have been proven to increase not only your physical intelligence but with it your mental acuity. Because training both cognitive and physical performance should go hand in hand...if you really want to see how superhuman you can become.
